Getting Started & Choosing Your Language

Dosezy is designed to be friendly, easy to read, and simple to navigate. You can switch between light mode, dark mode, or select your native language anytime.

Supported Languages:

English, Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Italian, and Bengali.

How to Change Language or App Colors:

  1. Tap the Menu tab at the bottom right.
  2. Tap Preferences.
  3. Choose your preferred Language or select Theme (Light or Dark).

Understanding Your Home Screen & Color Badges

Your Home screen lists your daily doses grouped by time. Colored status dots show your progress at a glance:

Green (Taken)Dose logged as completed
Neutral (Upcoming)Due soon or under late window
Orange (Running Late)Dose is past due (default 3 hours late)
Red (Missed)Over 6 hours past due

Adding a New Medication

  1. Tap Medicines in the bottom navigation bar, then tap "+ Add Medicine".
  2. Type the name of your medicine and your dosage amount (e.g. 50mg, 1 tablet).
  3. Choose how often you take it: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  4. Pick your dose times using the simple clock grid.

Adjusting Reminder Times & Late Alerts

You can customize how long Dosezy waits before marking a dose as late:

  • Open Menu > Preferences.
  • Change Late Alert Window (1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours).

1-Tap Emergency Calling

In an urgent situation, tap the red emergency dialer icon on your main screen. Dosezy automatically dials the correct local emergency helpline based on your location (e.g. 911 in US/Canada, 112 in Europe, 108 in India).

Profiles for Parents or Children

Tap Menu > Switch Profile to create separate medication lists for family members. You can switch between profiles anytime with one tap.

Sharing Reports with Your Doctor

Before visiting your doctor, go to Menu > Export PDF Report to download a clean, printable summary of your recent dose history.
