01.Free Open-Source Core Applications ($0.00 USD)

The core Dosezy Android Patient App, iOS client components, and Docker Self-Hosted Server Node are published under the GPL-3.0 license and are 100% free forever. Downloading, building, or running these core offline applications requires zero payment, credit card details, or subscription contracts.

02.Caregiver Cloud 14-Day Refund Guarantee

For users who choose to subscribe to our optional managed cloud synchronization service (Dosezy Caregiver Cloud), we provide a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee calculated from your initial purchase timestamp or monthly renewal date.

If you are unsatisfied with the cloud synchronization service for any reason during the initial 14 days, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your subscription fee with no penalty or hidden processing deductions.

03.Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund within your 14-day eligibility window, simply contact our billing department by emailing support@dosezy.com or saad@dosezy.com. Please provide:

• Your account email address;
• Transaction ID or invoice reference number.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment card or payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing timeline.

04.Single-Click Subscription Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your Caregiver Cloud subscription at any time with a single click in your web account settings dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your account will be set to non-renewing status immediately;
• You will retain full access to cloud synchronization services through the end of your current paid billing period;
• No further recurring charges will occur.

05.Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

We encourage subscribers to contact billing support directly at support@dosezy.com before initiating a credit card chargeback dispute. We resolve 100% of legitimate refund requests promptly without fees.
